1.1. All Clients are screened before treatment, and Hannah Edwards Permanent Cosmetics Limited (the Company) reserves the right to refuse service.
1.2. No person under the age of 18 is eligible for treatment. Proof of age may be requested from the Client.
1.3. This is a multi-treatment procedure and a minimum of two treatments is necessary to achieve the desired result. The first retouch is included in the initial fee, and must be after 4-6 weeks and within three months of the initial treatment. Should a third treatment be desired or required, the Companywill assess the reason and amount of work needed and work out the cost accordingly.
2. Appointment Deposit & Reservation
2.1. A £50 deposit is required in order to confirm the Client’s appointment time upon scheduling. The deposit will be credited toward the Client’streatment fee on the day of their appointment.
2.2. The deposit is fully refundable up to five days before the appointment.
2.3. The remainder of your balance is due the day of your treatment via cash or PayPal. Debit/credit cards are accepted with a 3.4% transaction fee.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1. Five days’ notice is required for cancellation of all appointments. This allows time find and to patch test a replacement Client.
3.2. If a Client cancels their initial appointment giving less thanfive days’ notice,the deposit will be forfeited.
3.3. If a Client cancels their retouch appointment (4-6 weeks after initial treatment) with less than five days’ notice,the appointmentmay be rescheduled but a non-refundable deposit of £50 will be required to secure a new appointment.
4. Rescheduling/Late/No Show Policy
4.1. To avoid unfair delays and interruptions to other Clients, the Company requests that the Clients try not to arrive more than 15 minutes early or late for their appointments, or it may be necessary to reschedule.
4.2. If a Clientneeds to reschedule their appointment for any reason, a minimum of five days’ notice is necessary or the deposit will be forfeited.
4.3. If a Clientchooses not to reschedule their appointment and at least five days’ notice is not given, the Client will forfeit their deposit and any future appointments will require an additional deposit.
4.4. Any Client who does not show up for a scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit and another deposit will be required should they wish to secure a future appointment.
5. Clients with Existing Permanent Cosmetics
5.1. When a Client schedules a treatment with the Company, it is imperative that they disclose any previous permanent cosmetic they have had before booking an appointment.
5.2. Clients who have previously had permanent cosmetic treatments with a differenttechnician maystill require a full two-part treatment. A retouch on another company’s work is not always possible due to differences in technique, pigments etc.
5.3. If the Client fails to advise the Company, prior to their appointment, that they have had permanent cosmetics previously, a decision will be made by the Company on the day of the appointment as to if the Client is Suitable. This decision is based on factors such as pigment residue in skin, colour/shape retention, and desired end result.
6. Post-Treatment Agreement
6.1. The skin of eachClient is different and will hold and retain pigment differently to other Clients.
6.2. Both the Company and the Client share a responsibility in achieving the desired end result. Many factors including skin care regimen, skin type and aftercare will play a part in how the Client’s treatment heals.
6.3. It is a case of working together to meet treatment expectations.
6.4. No further work can be carried out on a treated area until after 4-6 weeks, to give the Client’s skin time to heal.
6.5. Pricing is discretionary and can be changed by the Company at any time.
